30TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION - PAGE 2

Hosted by COWTOWN CORVETTES

Saturday, June 19, 2004

Photos labeled DW-06/04 were provided by David White

Photos labeled LW-06/04 were provided by Linda Walker

Photos labeled MACs-06/04 taken by Doug McMahan

The members and guests started showing up - Linda ran the registration desk

Shortly after the awnings were erected and guests started to arrive, a storm blew in - quick teamwork saved the awnings before the wind destroyed them.  We were fortunate that the storm passed thru quickly

When the storm blew thru, many of the Members and Guests moved their Vettes and other autos into the parking garage at the Lone Star Towers.

The room filled with guests

The Beer Keg was a popular place on this hot & muggy day

The CTV scrapbooks and photo albums rec'd lots of attention, it was kinda fun to see what some of these folks looked like 30 years ago.

A special 30 Years of Cowtown Vettes DVD was created by Doug.  This was displayed on a borrowed DVD Player & TV thanks to Tom McHenry & Don Wells along with a screen, computer and projector, thanks to Verizon

On the patio, you could find adult drinks while soft drinks and water were located inside.
