Since several of our Members weren't able to attend the NCCC National Convention this year, they were presented their national awards at this membership meeting. The 2005 NCCC National Convention was held July 22-29, in St. Cloud, MN. For additional information and pictures of the Convention, check out the Convention Event Pages. Roger & Nelda Mitchell along with Sylvia Hoaldridge accepted the awards on behalf of the members and delivered to the meeting for presentation. 
| |  | For 2004, Cowtown Vettes finished 4th in the NCCC National Club Competition. Viola (2005 NCCC Governor) presented Bruce (2005 CTV President) with the Cowtown 2004 Award for this accomplishment | | | | | |  | Yvette Lewis finished 14th in the Nation in the 2004 National NCCC Ladies Competition. Viola presented Yvette with her National Award Jacket & Shirt. |  | | | | | |

| The Cowtown Low-Down (our newsletter) finished 4th in the 2005 National Newsletter Competition. The first NL was submitted by Ken Sutton, the second by Sylvia Hoaldridge and the third by Leslie Hollinsworth (current NL Editor). The NCCC Newsletter Competition has been going strong since 1972. | | | | | |  | The Cowtown Website was awarded 1st place in the 2005 National Club Website Competition; webmaster: Doug McMahan. This was the first year for this competition event and we were proud to take the first win!!! |
