Hi Everyone - At the membership meeting last Friday night, I talked about the Welcome Home Heroes program (welcoming home troops at DFW Airport). I now have a date and time for us to go. It's Sunday, April 1, 2007. Below is the email I received from the group in charge. It gives time, place and parking information. I've also attached the "meet & greet" that has a lot of good information - PLEASE READ IT. This phone number is contained in the attachment 972.574.0392. It's the number to call the night before and also on Sunday morning before heading to the airport. We should arrive 30 minutes before the flight, so please call this number for arrival time before leaving your house. Also, here's a link to watch a video of folks welcoming some troops. You will find information regarding the 'meet & greet' attached. Greeters will meeting at Terminal D, Gate 22. Parking is available there, as well...you may park in the lot to the left and obtain vouchers upon leaving (to pass through the toll).
