Setup was on Friday evening

The event was held on the old Army Helipad at the Mineral Wells Airport

5PM on Friday, the setup started, Don Littlefield delivered our club trailer, CCT showed up as well.  A joint club team setup the course and spent hours cleaning the old rubber and such from the course line - we quit at dark-thirty

Donald Hickman brought the rented (thru James West) camper to use for a Timing Facility

The Course was designed by Doug McMahan; it was setup on Friday evening starting 6ish.

Once setup, Rick Watson and others used a 260MPH commercial blower to clean "the line" and beyond in addition to chalking all the cones.
