The Trip toConventionConvention
some started the drive up on Friday while others left on Saturday - all arriving on Sunday
One benefit of convention is the trip usually takes you to places you haven't visited before - a few of us took in the Inland Maritime Muse m in Little Rock, AR

Lots of pretty country between Dallas/Ft Worth and Bowling Green, KY

who said Corvettes aren't economy cars?  ...even though they get great gas mileage - to do this you have to be going downhill with the clutch in

Arrival at Convention
all arriving on either Saturday or Sunday
 Roped off Corvette Parking

The Holiday Inn has a Corvette that stays at the entrance to the Hotel

The NCCC Banner was displayed as you walked into the Hotel Looking across the lobby area to other NCCC Members checking-in

Gail & Richard Yanko (Convention Chair) hosted a thank you / welcome party at their home this evening

Saturday Night and what an AWESOME sunset!!

Sunday Festivities

 The Corvette Mall was open
One special item to be raffled for Charity

a one-of-a-kind 60th Anniversary Corvette Guitar created by Gibson Guitar Company

Already lots of great looking Vettes in the parking lot

Friends from across the nation catching up

Rigs of all shapes and sizes

Doug getting our GS Teched  Carolyn having fun on her motorized Ice Chest

Hospitality is always a favored location There was a hose available behind the convention center to wash your Vette

Jim & Doug hanging the Cowtown Banner

Other Clubs were hanging their banners   - this was OCCC from the SW Region

Sunday Night and all is well

We checked out the Moon - supposedly the largest (closest to the earth) it will be for years to come

Sunday Party
An Informal Party / Gathering at the Convention Center w/Live Music
