 it was a really nice day - only a slight chance of rain

Plenty of time to visit and walk around ...there was lots going all around us getting ready for the parade

We exited the parking lot (avoiding the manure) and out onto Main street where we headed up to the courthouse - on the wrong side of the road

As we headed into downtown, we got to watch a lot of the parade that was already heading back from downtown
    
 only a few sprinkles as we headed into downtown - then the clouds moved on out and the skys cleared off
