If so, don't forget to enroll him/her in the Future Corvette Owners Association (FCOA), NCCC's Youth Organization, with a one-time membership fee of $5.00. You can Pat send the membership for a Special Occasion like a Birthday, Christmas, etc. The letter she sends along with the packet (and contents) are nicely done - below are samples of the ones sent to my grandchildren.
