CHRISTMAS PARTY & AWARDS BANQUET - 12/13/03 - PAGE 3

After everyone was almost done with Dinner, the Awards Ceremony started, around 8 pm

Rick had congratulated the members of Cowtown with the great achievements of 2003 along with discussing the growth of the club during this year.

Rick handed out the President's Gifts which was a custom embroidered Polo for each officer

I didn't get all their pictures since they grabbed them and sat back down at the head tables before I could snap a picture.

Nelda Mitchell , our NCCC Governor, presented the Cowtown awards for the Men and Women who have the most NCCC points in the club.

Nelda started out with a nice speech about the great job our members have done this year making Cowtown Vettes 2nd Place in the Southwest Region and hopefully in the Top 15 in the Nation.  Nelda did mention the names of the members that participated in the NCCC Racing events this year.

Nelda provided a synopsis of what the Governor does during the year and how the awards she was going to present were derived.  She also introduced and acknowledged Joy for all the hard work she does during the year to support her and Cowtown.
