• Entrant Registration Sheets - Actual Sign-in by Entrant - I think we have an extra copy of each in the binders

• Participant Sheets - for Windshield - given at registrations - I know we didn't use all of the ones from last year and the unused copies will be in the binders I used - qty unknown at this time.  The entry number is completed at registration table to match the Registration Sheet.

• Participant Ballot - handed out when they register

• CS Committee Ballot - 1 per committee member

• Awards Results Sheet - For Announcing Winners - used by MC at Awards
